Working out in a group is a great way to reach your fitness goals while connecting with other people who love to workout in a class atmosphere like yourself. Our programs vary from core work to resistance training to high-intensity intervals that will strengthen your body, build endurance and target your major muscle groups. Taught by one of our friendly, energetic and fully certified instructors, our group fitness classes will have you having fun and sweating it out!

Tabata Interval training combines aerobic exercise and strength training in four minutes of 20sec intervals that alternate with 10sec rest periods. This 50min class uses well-rounded, high intensity work to scorch fat!
Kickbox + Ball
Looking for some heart-pumping cardio plus a way to tone your abs and develop your core? Jab, Jab, cross, cross, uppercut... kick, kick! This is a fun, high-energy kickboxing class that also combines use of the stability ball to help you improve your balance and help you build a stronger body!
Power Vinyasa Yoga
Prepare to sweat and work hard on your mat! Synchronizing breath and movement together as we flow through engergizing sequences that build strength and flexibility. All levels are welcome, modifications can be given
