Have a Certified Personal Trainer come right to your home and design a customized fitness program for you

Johanna is a Certified Personal Trainer that will work with you to develop a customized fitness/nutrition program, just for you. Through that program, she will motivate you to help reach your personal fitness goals.

Each personal training session is approximately one hour long. Weight equipment can be provided if not available in your home.

In-home Personal Training Rates

1 Session: $90/hour
10 Session Packages: $80/hour
20+ Session Packages: $75/hour

Personalized Training Program

Each person has different goals, lifestyles and needs. Every program that Johanna designs is custom fit according to these needs. She has a passion for fitness and a genuine love to help people. If something doesn’t work for you, Johanna will change it and explore other options so that the program design becomes a part of your lifestyle! After you are comfortable with the program, a time will be scheduled to meet again in a month or so to make changes. So whether you need a strength training or core program developed, need to add some cardio to the mix or require some nutritional counseling, Johanna can build a program to suit your needs.

Weight Loss

Losing weight can be one of the most difficult and frustrating things to achieve… but it doesn’t have to be. Let Johanna teach you tangible ways to lose weight in a healthy and safe manner that will allow you to keep it off for life through the combination of accountability and lifestyle changes. Learn why diets don’t work and why they are so harmful for your body. With a focus on nutrition, cardio and strength training, you will experience the fulfillment of a healthy lifestyle and achieve your weight loss goals.

Nutrition Counseling

Each nutritional consultation will begin with breaking down nutrition principles and creating manageable ways of how to implement them in your daily routine. In the following session(s), Johanna will review your food log and analyze which areas need to be adapted to get you the results you are looking for. Together, we can plan meals and snacks that will taste great without feeling hungry or deprived. We will also discuss any questions or concerns you may have with regards to nutrition.

Many nutritional counseling programs incorporate a shopping trip to the grocery store. There, we will go over how to read food labels, the misleading marketing by food companies and put the proper nutritious food in your shopping cart.

Athletic Performance

Whether your goal is to improve your vertical jump, increase your distance in running or develop more strength in your sport, Johanna can develop a personalized program that will help you be successful at achieving your goals in your sport.

Motivation

The benefits of working out with a trainer can be huge. It is so easy to skip workouts or even just cut it short if there is no one there to keep you accountable. Learn how meeting with Johanna even just once a week can improve your fitness levels and help you achieve your goals sooner. Let Johanna inspire and encourage you to push yourself harder as you exercise.

Rehabilitation / Injury Prevention

Working out on your own or with a friend can often times lead to injuries. Let Johanna work with you through proper form and technique for weight training, core stability exercises and even cardio programs to ensure you stay injury free. Injuries don’t have to occur and with applying the correct training principles, you can prevent those nagging setbacks.
