Train In Mississauga & Oakville with JQ Fitness to run the Nike Women's Half-Marathon in San Francisco or the Toronto Half-Marathon

Starting July 3rd, we start training for the 7th annual Nike Women’s Marathon in San Francisco and the 33rd GoodLife Toronto Marathon. Both these races take place on October 17th, 2010 - just on different sides of the continent. 30+ very excited runners were accepted to run the highly coveted race in San Fran! If you are one of those runners or are looking to run your first half-marathon, feel free to join us in our Summer training! We have a lot of beginner runners and walkers at different paces.

TRAINING DETAILS

Start Date: Saturday, July 3, 2010
Location: We'll mix up the running locations throughout South Mississauga & Oakville
Training Length: 16 weeks
Who is it for: Men & Women | Beginner Runners & Walkers doing their first half-marathon
Cost: Only $40 will get you a funky technical running t-shirt (so we all match) & an online training schedule
How does it work? We will meet as a large group for our long runs on Saturday mornings. You will sign-up for an account on dailymile.com where you can see and track your training runs on our exclusive JQ Fitness training group (details will be sent upon registration). You will be responsible for your 2 other shorter runs during the week - either on your own or with the friends you'll meet in the group.
