What type of fitness program is bootcamp?

jq fitness bootcamp is a 10 week fitness and nutrition program incorporating strength training, cardio work, core training, kickboxing, circuit training, short distance running, calisthenics, nutrition tips, weight loss tips and more!

Individual fitness assessments are taken at the beginning, midway and at the end of each 10-week session to help you track your progression and goals.

Upon registration, each participant receives a jq fitness bootcamp Food & Activity Journal to help keep you accountable. Inside are meal and snack ideas, easy to track daily food intake and recommended exercises for your non-bootcamp days. Research shows that those who track their food intake are 65% more successful in their weight loss goals.

You can choose to attend from any of the AM or PM sessions offered during the week in case you have to change up your schedule.

What kind of equipment do you need

The only equipment you need is:

  • a yoga mat or large beach towel
  • a stability ball (introduced around the 3rd week)
  • a set of 7-10lbs. dumbbells
  • a water bottle and workout clothes as you are going to sweat!

All other equipment including medicine balls, free weights, resistance bands, etc. are provided for you.

What to expect and why bootcamp over going to a gym?

EXPECT RESULTS! We have seen many participants lose up to 20lbs and others have shed up to 30 inches off their bodies. Other participants comment how great they feel and that they are in the best shape of their lives!

Each session is lead by a certified personal trainer, group fitness and kickboxing instructor as well as a nutrition & wellness specialist.

Limited participants per session for a personal and interactive experience.

Each one hour session will incorporate a wide range of exercises geared towards challenging your muscles in different ways so that you keep progressing and never reach the dreaded 'plateau' in your program.

You don't have to worry about your workout schedule - a killer workout session awaits you each time! Each session will complement the previous one.

It’s a fact, you always workout harder when you are being guided and motivated by someone else and surrounded by other like-minded people.
