What type of a program is BOOTCAMP?

BOOTCAMP is a fitness and nutrition program incorporating strength training, cardio work, core training, kickboxing, circuit training, short distance running and more! Individual fitness assessments help you keep track of your progression and the program is designed to keep you accountable! You will see results after 8 intense (but fun) weeks!

Why join BOOTCAMP over going to the gym?

Each session is lead by a certified personal trainer, group fitness and kickboxing instructor as well as a nutrition & wellness specialist. Each one hour session will incorporate a wide range of exercises geared towards challenging your muscles in different ways. You don't have to worry about your workout schedule - a killer workout session awaits you each time! Each session will complement the previous one. On top of that, here are some more reasons:

What to expect?

  • Sessions are led by a certified fitness trainer
  • Limited participants per session for a personal and interactive experience
  • Training includes: lower & upper body strength training, core work, yoga, cardio, circuit training, short distance running, calisthenics, nutrition tips, weight loss tips & more
  • Individual fitness assessments to track your progress

What to bring?

  • Large Towel or Yoga Mat (for doing ground work)
  • Stability Ball (can be purchased for $20)
  • Water Bottle (hydration is key)
  • Comfortable fitness clothing & good running shoes
  • Lots of Energy (you'll need it)
  • Register with a friend! (after all everything is more fun with friends - friends are optional as you will make new ones!)
