Join other men & women with the same goal, get your butt outside (and indoors when the weather is bad) and get into shape! No matter your fitness level, BOOTCAMP by jq fitness will motivate and challenge you as you lose inches off your waist, gain strength, experience more energy, increase your endurance and have fun!
BOOTCAMP is a fitness and nutrition program incorporating strength training, cardio work, core training, kickboxing, circuit training, short distance running and more! Individual fitness assessments help you keep track of your progression and the program is designed to keep you accountable! You will see results after 8 intense (but fun) weeks!
Each session is lead by a certified personal trainer, group fitness and kickboxing instructor as well as a nutrition & wellness specialist. Each one hour session will incorporate a wide range of exercises geared towards challenging your muscles in different ways. You don't have to worry about your workout schedule - a killer workout session awaits you each time! Each session will complement the previous one. On top of that, here are some more reasons:
